The LS-6/12 Duo Head was designed from the ground up to be as optimized as possible, replacing much larger models with great results.
Its compact dimensions save space, facilitate movement and, above all, reduce energy consumption for heating. To facilitate inventory management, the cartridge resistors are equivalent to those used in the LS-4/6 head and its standard tools (tips and dies) are compatible with those of the LS-4/6, LS-6/12 Tripla and of Europe's leading manufacturers.
Its precise distribution provides great flow and homogeneous mass distribution and its co-extrusion system is practical, allowing quick exchange of components, being able to work as: mono, stripes (several) or skin. Finally, its adjustment system allows a precise and stable adjustment of concentricity.
In general, this compact head has been successfully used in the current demand for modernization and optimization of extrusion lines, with excellent results in various applications.
